When you register an account and use HOSHO, we collect:
- Account identifiers: Name, Mobile / WhatsApp Number, and Email Address.
- Product metadata: Appliance category, brand, product title, model number, and purchase date.
- Uploaded documents: Digital copies of purchase receipts, invoices, and warranty cards that you deliberately upload.
- Retrieval requests: Records of requested documents and delivery phone numbers.
3. How Your Information is Used
Your data is strictly used to provide the locker service:
- Associating your appliances and files with your private locker.
- Delivering your requested documents to your registered WhatsApp number.
- Communicating critical service notices or support responses.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or document contents to third-party advertisers.
4. Document Storage & Security
Your documents are stored on secure servers with account-level isolation. Only authenticated users can access their own lockers. All data transmissions are encrypted using standard HTTPS / TLS protocols.
5. Notice Regarding Legal Policy Approval
Note for Business Review: This policy structure is prepared as a production template. Formal corporate entity details, grievance officer designations, and final regulatory disclosures under Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act will be reviewed and published upon final business sign-off.
