1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, uploading files, or submitting document retrieval requests through HOSHO, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description & Scope

HOSHO provides a digital locker repository where users can store and retrieve digital copies of purchase invoices and warranty cards for household products they legitimately own.

Crucial Scope Limitations:

  • HOSHO cannot recover or retrieve documents that were never uploaded by the user.
  • HOSHO is not an insurer, manufacturer, or warranty underwriter.
  • HOSHO does not evaluate, approve, or guarantee warranty claims with manufacturers or third-party service centers.

3. User Responsibilities & Upload Conduct

You agree that you will only upload genuine purchase documents relating to appliances and goods you legitimately possess. You shall not upload malicious code, unlawful material, or documents belonging to unassociated third parties.

4. Document Delivery Service Level

HOSHO commits to sending available requested documents to your registered WhatsApp number within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving a valid retrieval request. Delivery is subject to the accuracy of the contact number provided and standard telecom/WhatsApp network availability.

5. Notice Regarding Commercial Terms

Note for Business Review: Final operational legal agreements, dispute jurisdiction, and governing law specifications are subject to final business and legal counsel approval prior to production release.
